2025 ASPHALT FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PROGRAM 

The City owns and maintains several public facilities throughout Mason. As part of the upkeep for these facilities, the asphalt surfaces must be continually maintained to preserve public infrastructure. These maintenance items include: asphalt repairs, asphalt crack sealing, asphalt sealcoating, etc. 

A completion date is anticipated for fall of 2025. 

Current Status:  The project is substantially complete. The contractor has yet to complete the punch list items.
