2025 ASPHALT FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PROGRAM 

The City owns and maintains several public facilities throughout Mason. As part of the upkeep for these facilities, the asphalt surfaces must be continually maintained to preserve public infrastructure. These maintenance items include: asphalt repairs, asphalt crack sealing, asphalt sealcoating, etc. 

A completion date is anticipated for fall of 2025. 

Current Status: The project was bid out earlier this year. The list of facilities on the 2025 maintenance list are as follows: 

• Snider Rd Shared Use Path – US42 to Thornberry Ct, Green Meadow to Mason Rd 
• SR741 Shared Use Path– Center Dr to Mason Grand Dr 
• Tylersville Rd Shared Use Path – Nicholas Way to Western Row Rd 
• US42 Shared Use Path – Corp Limit to Tylersville Rd 
• Western Row Rd Shared Use Path – Snider Rd to Kings Island Dr 
• Makino Park Facilities 
• Mason Sports Park Facilities 
• Mason Municipal Center Facilities 
• Mason Public Works Building Facilities 
• Mason Salt Barn Facilities
